WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Our return policy allows for full refunds (excluding shipping cost) on any items returned to us within 90 days of purchase.

Please note, all items must be unopened, unused and undamaged products to receive a refund and buyer responsible for return shipping. Original shipping fee cannot be refunded.

WHAT IF MY SHIRT DOESN’T FIT?

If we accurately fulfill the order to what was ordered, we do not replace shirts free of charge because the wrong size was ordered.

Of course, if we were to make an error during fulfillment, we would extend a full refund.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE? 

We work hard to get all orders processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once your package is on its way, emails with shipment and tracking information are sent to the email address you used at checkout. If you can’t find the email with tracking, please contact us and we’ll forward it your way.

Note that we cannot assume responsibility for delayed and/or lost parcels. If the package has been lost by the shipping carrier, it is their responsibility to refund the customer.  Additionally, we are not able to issue refunds when proof of delivery is provided. 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, American Express, Mastercard, Discover, and Diner’s Club. We do not accept Apple Pay at this time.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

WHOOPS! I PLACED THE WRONG ORDER. CAN I CANCEL IT?

Your order officially begins “processing” immediately after placing the order. Cancellations, order changes, or corrections cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted. Please contact us immediately at store@bachweekend if you wish to cancel or make any changes.
